JMC gears up for year 2 of the North Street Improvement Project

Joseph McCormick Construction crews begin re-mobilizing for on the North Street Improvement Project in Meadville, Pennsylvania. Workers broke ground on the nearly $7 million dollar PennDOT roadway improvement project last May. Work continued through the end of October before the weather conditions brought work to a close. The reconstruction of the sanitary system is finished and roadway is paved through the first two 2 intersections (Water St. and Market St.).
